We only work in Sales & Marketing, so every consultant on our team knows the sector properly. We handle fewer briefs and focus on rigour over volume—we'd rather place one candidate well than fill a pipeline with poor matches. Do you work with candidates at all experience levels?
Yes. We place candidates from graduate level through to C-suite across Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Digital Marketing, and Business Development roles. Whether you're hiring a junior Content Marketing executive or a Marketing Director, we handle briefs at every level.
How long does it typically take to fill a Sales or Marketing role?
It depends on the seniority and specificity of the brief, but we move quickly because we already know the market. For most mid-level roles, we'll have a shortlist to you within a week. Senior or niche briefs take longer, and we'll be upfront about timelines from the start.
Do you only work with clients in Oxford?
No. We're based in Oxford, but we place candidates across the UK. Most of our clients are outside Oxfordshire, and we work with remote, hybrid, and office-based roles nationwide.
Will you take on any Sales & Marketing brief, or do you turn work down?
We say no to work outside our sector, and we're honest when we can't deliver. If a brief is too far outside our expertise or the market conditions make it unrealistic, we'll tell you. We'd rather be upfront than waste your time.
How do you charge for permanent placements?
We work on a contingency basis for most permanent roles, which means you only pay when we successfully place a candidate. Fees are agreed upfront and are typically a percentage of the candidate's first-year salary. Get in touch and we'll talk through specifics for your brief.
Do you handle temporary and contract roles as well as permanent?
Yes. We place temporary and contract professionals across Sales & Marketing, not just permanent hires. If you need interim cover, project-based support, or maternity leave cover, we can help.
What happens if a placement doesn't work out?
We offer a rebate period on permanent placements. If a candidate leaves or doesn't work out within an agreed timeframe, we'll either refund part of the fee or find a replacement at no extra cost. The exact terms are agreed upfront when we take on your brief.
